About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the finance equipment and management system
  • Provide assistance with project set ups, including obtaining quotes as required
  • Prepare and track the monthly charge out of recoveries to all projects
  • Coordinate regular annual stocktakes of all assets in storage and in use on projects
  • Support Project Operations with plant and equipment activities including purchasing, allocation, and maintenance coordination

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administration or human resources role
  • Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • High level of data entry skills with speed and accuracy
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to working with plant and equipment
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting
