About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain the finance equipment and management system
- Provide assistance with project set ups, including obtaining quotes as required
- Prepare and track the monthly charge out of recoveries to all projects
- Coordinate regular annual stocktakes of all assets in storage and in use on projects
- Support Project Operations with plant and equipment activities including purchasing, allocation, and maintenance coordination
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an administration or human resources role
- Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- High level of data entry skills with speed and accuracy
- Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to working with plant and equipment
- Previous experience in finance or accounting
