About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule audits for customers in accordance with Business Assurance QMS and business procedures
  • Manage the back-office certification process from contract receipt to audit notification
  • Liaise with clients regarding suitable dates and service confirmations
  • Allocate competent resources based on expertise, qualification, and workload
  • Maintain and monitor service dates, man-days, and diary changes in SharePoint
  • Arrange travel for resources, including visa applications and forex
  • Manage and update scheme-specific databases and audit pack documents
  • Handle client queries and complaints relating to services

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12)
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong service industry background
  • Experience in client and supplier liaison
  • Experience working within a quality management system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with small team involvement
