About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule audits for customers in accordance with Business Assurance QMS and business procedures
- Manage the back-office certification process from contract receipt to audit notification
- Liaise with clients regarding suitable dates and service confirmations
- Allocate competent resources based on expertise, qualification, and workload
- Maintain and monitor service dates, man-days, and diary changes in SharePoint
- Arrange travel for resources, including visa applications and forex
- Manage and update scheme-specific databases and audit pack documents
- Handle client queries and complaints relating to services
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric Grade 12)
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Strong service industry background
- Experience in client and supplier liaison
- Experience working within a quality management system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Experience with small team involvement
