Planning Trainee

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 24-month demand forecast to support business decisions
• Act as a key interface between planning and sales, leading regular S&OP meetings
• Build and maintain feasible production plans aligned with demand and S&OP processes
• Ensure high service levels for customer and intercompany orders while managing supply constraints
• Manage WIP and finished goods (FG) inventories to balance service, cost, and inventory targets
• Gain exposure through rotation opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a relevant function
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and S&OP / IBP principles
• Proficiency in planning systems such as SAP IBP, APO, or MRP
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong analytical skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management skills for working in a global, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in complex, cross-regional, or global supply chains
• Exposure to product lifecycle management and supply risk mitigation
• A continuous improvement mindset regarding planning processes and tools
