About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly stewardship process for assigned countries or business lines
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data, analysis, and reporting
  • Perform earnings factor analysis to explain variances against plans and prior periods
  • Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure consistent and comprehensive business commentary
  • Coordinate the earnings forecasting process and support the development of the business watchlist
  • Assist country planners in the preparation of the yearly Plan & Budget
  • Prepare and present Financial & Operating (F&O) results to Business Line management
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support to Controllers and business stakeholders
  • Promote and support a cost-effective internal controls environment

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial statement reporting, accounting, or business analysis
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to work independently in a non-process-oriented role with frequent ad hoc requests
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multicultural team environment
