Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and continuously update material and financial schedules during acquisition and implementation phases using MS Project and Tilos
• Participate in preparing weekly progress and delivery reports
• Report delays relative to the assumptions included in the schedules
• Maintain constant control over the work schedule in cooperation with the Site Manager
• Prepare site layout concepts in agreement with the Site Manager during the acquisition stage

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of the construction process
• Proficiency in reading project documentation
• Minimum 1 year of experience on construction sites under direct supervision of construction works
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficiency in MS Project and Tilos (mandatory)
• Ability to set priorities and very good work organization
• Communication, operational efficiency, and systematic approach
