Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly production plans aligned to demand forecasts and plant capacity
• Coordinate export production requirements and partner with Demand Planning and Operations teams
• Troubleshoot SAP APO-related production planning issues and maintain SAP master data/BOMs
• Plan and order raw materials based on forecast demand
• Coordinate weekly transport to third-party logistics (3PL) providers and manage SAP stock transactions
• Ensure production orders are completed accurately and on time within SAP
• Analyse production performance and report on plan vs actual variances
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with ANZ WHS standards

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning
• Strong working knowledge of SAP in a planning or production environment
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
