Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain analysis to support global cash-flow optimization and end-to-end supply chain improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reduce inventory levels and minimize supply chain scrap expenses
• Extract data from ERP systems to create complex reports for inventory management, stock rotation, and expiration tracking
• Publish and monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, DIOH, scrap reporting, and line order fill rates
• Analyze demand and supply forecasts to ensure business requirements and trends are accurately reflected
• Assist with system implementations to improve forecasting and demand requirements planning
• Manage product identifier accuracy by planning for new product introductions and obsoleting outdated products

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or an equivalent field
• 2-5 years of related work experience in a functional supply chain area
• Proficiency in ERP data extraction and reporting
• Experience with demand and supply forecasting and KPI reporting
