About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Kinaxis solution expert, owning system configuration, data flows, planning logic, and integrations with SAP.
- Drive digital planning enablement by identifying opportunities to automate and simplify planning processes within the Kinaxis ecosystem.
- Lead the delivery of high-value change requests and IT enhancements while ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Optimize reporting, analytics, and dashboards to improve usability and drive adoption across the planning community.
- Collaborate with global process owners and IT teams to ensure robust integration, data quality, and successful project implementations.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues to maintain planner confidence and support standardized global processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning systems.
- Deep expertise in Kinaxis, including configuration, authoring, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of SAP and its integration with planning tools.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end demand and supply planning processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a matrixed, global environment and flexibility to work across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in supply chain planning execution or planning excellence roles.
- Exposure to supply planning, inventory optimization, statistical methods, or forecasting models.
