Planning Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and supervise planning and reporting activities for large-scale industrial gas plant projects.
• Lead the preparation of planning procedures, including WBS, schedules, and progress measurement.
• Prepare project control documents such as Milestones Plans, 90-day schedules, progress curves, and manpower histograms.
• Perform periodic schedule control, assess physical progress, forecast completion, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor manhour expenditure, productivity trends, and schedule deviations.
• Support the Project Team in performing Schedule Risk Analysis and assist in delay/impact analysis.
• Coordinate with construction subcontractors to develop Level 3 & 4 schedules and ensure milestone compliance.
• Guide and train junior planning and reporting engineers.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a Civil discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project planning.
• Extensive experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants.
• Proven experience working on the top-tier Contractor side.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
