Planning Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and supervise planning and reporting activities for large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Lead the preparation of planning procedures, including WBS, schedules, and progress measurement.
• Develop project control documents such as Milestones Plans, 90-day schedules, progress curves, and manpower histograms.
• Perform periodic schedule control, assess physical progress, forecast completion, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor manhour expenditure, productivity trends, and schedule deviations.
• Guide the subcontract team in finalizing contractual schedules and milestones.
• Support the Project Team in performing Schedule Risk Analysis and analyzing the time impact of potential changes or claims.
• Oversee the daily activities of the Planning team and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a Civil discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls.
• Proven experience in the industrial construction of large or extra-large gas plants.
• Extensive experience working on the top-tier Contractor side.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Working knowledge of Milemate, Acumen Fuse, and TPMS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
