Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and monthly budgets for topline and bottom-line
• Create quarterly and monthly KPI targets
• Outline gaps versus targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps
• Create cadence between Business teams and leadership to improve progress
• Partner with Business teams to make key decisions
• Create visibility of L0, L1, and L2 KPIs at the right frequency
• Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 and L2 KPIs proactively
• Develop business and financial models on adhoc requests
• Lead and develop a team of strategy, planning, and performance analysts
• Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field
• 4+ years experience in Business Finance, Strategy, or Planning roles
• Proven team management experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Data visualization software
• Strong expertise in automation and AI use
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Fluent in English
