Planning & Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and monthly budgeting processes for both topline and bottom-line metrics
• Create quarterly and monthly KPI targets and outline gaps versus targets
• Work with business teams to create initiatives to bridge performance gaps
• Establish a cadence between business teams and leadership through weekly performance and month-end retro calls
• Partner with business teams to drive key decision-making processes
• Create visibility of L0, L1, and L2 KPIs at the appropriate frequency for business units
• Develop business and financial models on an ad-hoc basis for cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead and develop a team of strategy, planning, and performance analysts
• Work cross-functionally to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Business Finance, Strategy, or Planning roles
• Proven experience in team management
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Expertise in data visualization software
• Strong proficiency in automation and AI tools
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
