Planning Officer

Responsibilities

• Strategically forecast and plan all cabin maintenance activities according to OEM schedules and departmental KPIs
• Utilize planning tools to ensure commitments to service providers, staff, and regulatory authorities are met
• Support maintenance production plans to achieve departmental objectives
• Interface with internal and external departments regarding planning issues and maintenance forecasting
• Coordinate, compile, and distribute work packages during maintenance periods
• Ensure all technical documents are completed and checked for accuracy prior to issue
• Provide communication and administrative support to the Planning Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum diploma (2 years or more)
• At least 3 years of administration experience in aviation or a comparable technical field
• Strong knowledge of cabin maintenance practices and commercial aircraft BFE
• Familiarity with aviation regulations including JAA, EASA, FAA, and GCAA
• High standard of English language fluency and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
