About the role

Responsibilities

  • Optimize planning tool settings with operational managers to enable automated scheduling and optimized field routes
  • Ensure defined protocols and target processes are strictly applied
  • Perform cold chain planning using scheduling tools and create route foundations in collaboration with field managers
  • Analyze data to prioritize missions and ensure the tool provides relevant scheduling proposals
  • Monitor deviations and issue alerts regarding unjustified constraints
  • Assist the agency in identifying areas for improvement, such as performance gaps or tool management

Requirements

  • Bac +2 degree in logistics or transport
  • At least 1 year of experience in intervention planning
  • Strong knowledge of planning techniques and data modeling tools
  • Proficiency with IT and computer tools
  • Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate constructively with field teams to achieve objectives
