Planning & Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning and Monitoring for Results (PMfR) process, including the development of action plans, methodologies, and staff guidance
• Serve as the business owner of the Planning & Monitoring Tool (PMT), overseeing its maintenance and enhancement through a dedicated team
• Drive improvements to systems, tools, frameworks, and processes from design through implementation
• Promote Results-Based Management (RBM) across the organization and oversee related knowledge management
• Lead efforts to embed institutional strategy into the PMT, collaborating with operating managers and data focal points
• Co-coordinate the institutional Quarterly Review process and oversee the development of performance dashboards
• Manage a team of three based in the Belgrade Shared Services Center, including a functional application manager and two data analysts

Requirements

• Master's degree (MSc, MBA or equivalent) in International Affairs, Economics, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and coordination of planning and monitoring processes
• Proven experience in the use and design of planning and reporting technologies
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead through change processes
• Fluent English (written and spoken); working knowledge of French is an asset
