Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and recruit a planning team, including coordinators and planning officers, to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Organize daily work, assign missions, and foster a motivating work environment through regular team meetings
• Pilot team KPIs and implement action plans to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Coordinate home healthcare interventions to ensure high-quality service for patients and prescribers
• Analyze workload versus capacity and adjust planning needs in collaboration with local agencies
• Ensure the correct use of information systems, including ERP and planning tools
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices and proposing solutions to operational challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience in management and leading teams
• Strong ability to pilot performance indicators (KPIs) and organize workflows to meet objectives
• Proficiency in data analysis and comfort using various IT and planning tools
• Experience in logistics, coordination, or managing interventions in a healthcare setting
• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics or similar functions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with operational managers
