Planning Manager, Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs and projects to deliver business value for the Amazon Now Real Estate team
• Work with internal teams to improve operational processes and reporting dashboards
• Engage stakeholders by developing business proposals and driving the implementation of recommendations
• Communicate effectively through written and oral channels to build customer confidence and manage expectations
• Collaborate with a cross-skilled team of technical and non-technical associates, business analysts, and product managers

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
