Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the planning team, driving performance and capability building
• Own and facilitate the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
• Act as the SAP S/4HANA Planning SME, overseeing master data governance and user training
• Develop and maintain planning policies, governance frameworks, and SOPs within a regulated environment
• Oversee inventory, supply, demand, and capacity planning to optimize service levels
• Provide business analytics, forecasting, and executive decision support through data-driven insights
• Design and maintain SAP reports, Power BI dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in planning, supply chain, or operations
• Expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, and inventory management
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or operations planning
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CIPS)
• Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors
• Experience implementing or enhancing SAP S/4HANA planning or analytics solutions
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience leading business transformation or ERP implementation projects
