Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the planning team, driving performance, capability building, and a culture of accountability.
• Own and facilitate the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.
• Act as the SAP S/4HANA Planning Subject Matter Expert, overseeing master data governance, user training, and ERP best practices.
• Develop and maintain planning policies, governance frameworks, and SOPs within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Oversee inventory, supply, demand, and capacity planning to optimize service levels and working capital.
• Design and maintain SAP reports, Power BI dashboards, and automated KPI reporting solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, production, demand, or operations planning.
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role managing planning or supply chain personnel.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand/supply planning, and inventory management.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (planning, reporting, and master data governance).
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPIM, CSCP, CIPS, or a Diploma in Operations Management.
• Experience working within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and quality management system (QMS) compliance.
• Demonstrated success leading ERP implementations or digital transformation projects.
