About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage weekly/monthly production, fulfillment, and capacity plans
- Track progress and deviations from plans while driving root cause analysis
- Assess and identify potential operational risks and lead discussions with stakeholders
- Utilize production and fulfillment planning tools to ensure successful execution
- Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes through special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Or Associate's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, replenishment, demand planning, or materials management
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Food and Beverage manufacturing industry experience
