Planning Manager - Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, and governance of project schedules for mission-critical data center projects
• Establish planning and scheduling standards, WBS/CBS structures, and procedures aligned with project governance
• Develop and maintain Level 1–4 schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring robust logic and milestone integrity
• Set and control schedule baselines, performing progress measurement, variance analysis, and critical path analysis
• Build and manage resource-loaded schedules, identifying bottlenecks and recommending recovery strategies
• Lead schedule risk assessments and quantify impacts to milestones and contingency
• Govern schedule change control and perform time impact analyses
• Produce decision-ready reports and dashboards for project leadership and clients
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners and schedulers
• Interface with clients, partners, and subcontractors to align dependencies and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on large, complex mission-critical projects
• Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 for CPM scheduling and baseline control
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and coordination across multi-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard project controls/reporting practices
• Strong capability in progress measurement, variance/trend analysis, and schedule forecasting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
