Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Reporting centre of excellence, ensuring data integrity and uniform in-season and market reporting across categories and regions.
• Manage the Global Open to Buy (OTB) Framework, including the provision of tools, templates, and historical data for all divisions.
• Oversee the critical path and consolidation of regional OTB frameworks into a global view.
• Partner with IT and wider business teams to evolve commercial reporting and support data visualization strategies.
• Translate complex analysis into simple, compelling narratives to provide commercial insights linked to business strategies.
• Manage direct reports, providing strategic direction, problem-solving, and day-to-day guidance.

Requirements

• Strong background in Retail Performance reporting and experience standardizing business reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience managing a planning team within a fast-paced commercial or luxury environment.
• Deep understanding of Retail Reporting and Planning systems and associated data structures.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
