Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Build project/program master schedules in accordance with the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Define, coordinate, and monitor stakeholder activities and deliverables
• Implement project Launch Plans including dates, mix, and volumes
• Manage the project validation pool of vehicles and pre-series means
• Allocate pluriannual headcount budgets according to project schedules
• Monitor project progress and implement action plans for deviations in timing or headcount
• Manage planning specialists assigned to the project/program
• Elaborate preventive or curative action plans based on risk analysis

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experience within Stellantis
• Knowledge of PLM
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Gantt and MS Project
