Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Manage planning deliverables and apply resource management techniques across complex projects
• Monitor project progress through regular updates and lead performance follow-up using KPIs
• Capture external events impacting timelines and provide forecasting and lookahead planning
• Facilitate synchronization between internal stakeholders and the Project Management team strategy
• Contribute to return of experience (REX) initiatives and share best practices

Requirements

• Engineering or Technical degree (or equivalent)
• Senior planning management experience within an industrial background
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience working in a multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate day-to-day responsibilities within a planning team
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the railway industry
