Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic planning frameworks and track CEO office priorities across business units
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and executive follow-ups for key projects
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and budget alignment for strategic initiatives
• Support annual business planning, performance reviews, and ad hoc strategic analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning or executive office roles
• Experience in CEO office or corporate strategy environments, with exposure to real estate development or investment-side planning
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, and Monday.com
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders
• Experience working directly with the CEO or C-suite and preparing board-level materials
