Planning Key User - D365

Responsibilities

• Act as the factory subject matter expert for D365 Planning and Master Planning functions
• Support the site roll-out by defining and testing business scenarios
• Drive local data cleansing and migration from legacy systems (Movex) to D365
• Ensure local processes align with global OneERP standards and local legal requirements
• Provide training and support to local end-users during and after the go-live phase
• Serve as the local process owner and primary point of contact for the Planning track
• Coordinate track activities across sites and govern new processes post-deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Planning, Master Data Management, or ERP within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of planning/master planning functions, methodologies, and tools
• Proven experience with ERP implementation or exposure to D365
• Fluency in English with strong communication and training skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale program implementations
• Deep understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), MRP, and production scheduling
• Experience in change management related to IT transformations
