Planning Key User

Responsibilities

• Act as the factory subject matter expert for D365 Planning and master planning functions
• Bridge the knowledge gap between technical systems and end-users during ERP implementation
• Define, test, and validate business scenarios to ensure local processes align with global standards
• Drive local data cleansing and migration activities from legacy systems (Movex) to D365
• Support and train local users to ensure successful system adoption and change management
• Serve as the local process owner and primary point of contact for planning functions post-go-live

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Material Planning, master planning, or inventory management
• Strong proficiency in IT systems and digital tools
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and project coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to D365 or other large-scale ERP implementations
• Experience with data cleansing, extraction, and migration processes
• Familiarity with change management methodologies in an IT transformation context
• Knowledge of ALPS
