Planning Key User

Responsibilities

• Act as the factory expert for the D365 master planning function, bridging the gap between technical experts and end-users.
• Define, test, and implement business scenarios to ensure local processes align with global standards.
• Support and train local users in D365 during and after the system roll-out.
• Drive local data cleansing and migration from legacy systems (Movex) to ensure data coherence.
• Serve as a local process owner and super-user, coordinating track activities and governing new processes post-deployment.
• Interface with the Local Steering Committee to manage business/delivery process scenarios and ensure solution acceptability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Material Planning or master planning functions.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, processes, and methodologies.
• High level of digital proficiency and comfort working with IT systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to train and guide staff effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with D365 or other major ERP implementations.
• Exposure to small, medium, or large-scale program implementations.
• Understanding of change management related to IT transformations.
