Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Interface with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project data
• Monitor project progress and identify deviations to the baseline
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Prepare regular progress reports including schedule updates and earned value analysis
• Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project planning within the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in project management software, preferably Primavera P6
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Good English capability
