Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Consolidate project scopes including new works, unit shutdowns, and geographical or professional perimeters.
• Build intervention schedules for various units using source data such as work ranges, history, supplier schedules, and technical constraints.
• Consolidate the global planning schedule, ensuring integration between all units.
• Identify critical paths and optimize the global schedule through stakeholder meetings.
• Finalize "Ready for Execution" schedules and define appropriate progress indicators.
• Prepare update procedures for the execution phase and maintain real-time schedule updates and reporting.

Requirements

• BAC+5 Engineer or Master's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial project planning.
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High level of rigor, autonomy, and a strong team spirit.
