Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end maintenance planning process for jet engine maintenance and repair operations
• Prepare, create, and maintain detailed production and maintenance plans
• Optimize and allocate production capacity, machinery, and resources
• Monitor and report production progress, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions
• Ensure the timely availability of materials and components required for production and maintenance
• Manage the annual production plan and optimize overhaul schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support the sales organization by assessing workload, production capacity, and forecasted volumes
• Develop planning processes and improve data-driven operational management

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, maintenance planning, operations coordination, or similar tasks
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and support decision-making through reporting and planning insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, heavy industry, or maintenance operations
