Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules to ensure alignment between scope and deadlines
• Ensure all schedules follow ANDRITZ regulations and standardization
• Perform follow-ups across all project phases and activities
• Create progress reports for clients and develop project dashboards using Power BI (S-curves, KPIs)
• Support the Project Manager with all time management related issues
• Interface with internal departments and clients through update meetings and follow-ups
• Monitor the execution of project activities alongside responsible areas

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project
• Proven experience in hydropower projects
• Intermediate English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Production Management
• Experience with Primavera
• Proficiency in Power BI
