Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production planning for each work center
• Create and release production orders, workshop timesheets, and picking lists on time
• Monitor production progress and confirm status within SAP
• Analyze actual hours per work center and prepare baseline hours to support estimation updates
• Prepare monthly package load reports and package space plans
• Develop baseline material requirement plans for raw materials and semi-finished products
• Coordinate weekly with work centers and warehouses to update material requirements
• Organize monthly free stock review meetings and prepare purchasing requisitions
• Establish links with supporting functions to optimize delivery capability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Product Supply Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or production management
• Proficiency in Primavera 6.0
• Proficiency in SAP PP/MM modules
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Strong teamwork spirit and an open-minded approach
