Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and financial monitoring of projects and works
• Periodically update schedules with the engineering team, generating progress curves and work forecasts
• Control the histogram of allocated personnel
• Perform weekly control of physical progress and costs (Budgeted vs. Actual)
• Prepare and present reports in project performance meetings
• Conduct project risk analysis
• Act as a planner for parts of the TECON works in Guarujá/SP, managing routines with contractors and internal/external reports for Santos Brasil

Requirements

• Experience in industrial works planning
• Proficiency in Excel
• Mastery of planning software (MS Project and/or Primavera)
