Planning Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor team members to help them achieve their individual growth goals
• Oversee team outputs and provide rigorous quality control for all generated documents
• Make strategic media planning decisions that balance client objectives with agency trading goals
• Ensure all team members understand and successfully deliver against client KPIs
• Support the Account Director in prioritizing client and agency tasks
• Manage upward to ensure challenges are identified and resolved quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong expertise in media planning and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability in quality control and managing team outputs
• Experience in KPI management and tracking performance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
