Planning & Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning and Delivery Department to ensure operational excellence and production efficiency.
• Develop and coordinate annual business plans aligned with strategic company objectives.
• Lead production planning based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and capacity.
• Optimize production scheduling to maximize equipment utilization and minimize costs.
• Manage raw material and consumable demand plans, including safety stock policies.
• Oversee warehouse management systems, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Coordinate with quality and logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery to customers.
• Establish and maintain KPI frameworks and performance management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment (chemicals, battery materials, or process industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finnish or Chinese language skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing operational processes.
