About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process and review clinical trial orders accurately
  • Perform essential warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  • Operate power industrial equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Pallet Jacks
  • Utilize SAP/Acumax, MS Office, and internal McKesson systems for documentation and data entry
  • Maintain training, shipping, and receiving records
  • Promote a strong safety culture and participate in team meetings to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related warehouse or planning experience
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong basic math skills for inventory and order processing
  • Ability to stand and walk for 7–10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including potential exposure to cold environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience operating power industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP
