About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize employee travel logistics, including transport and accommodation planning
- Monitor expiration dates for employee certificates, training, and client-required clearances
- Update control spreadsheets and administrative reports
- Perform data entry into company systems
- Provide general administrative support to the department
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Experience in logistics or planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage controls, deadlines, and documentation
- Strong communication skills and responsibility with information
- Residency in Piracicaba/SP or nearby regions
