About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, reserving rooms, and preparing necessary materials or agendas
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations from rough drafts or general instructions
- Manage calendars for multiple team members and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist with processing expense reports, purchase orders, or invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Solid understanding of office administration procedures and systems
