Planning and strategy for personal systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Mexico Personal Systems (PS) strategic plans aligned with LATAM and global business priorities.
• Manage business KPIs and performance tracking, including revenue, margin, profitability, and market share.
• Drive alignment between Category, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Partner with sales and supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with market needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive actions to provide actionable insights.
• Support the execution of key country initiatives and track their effectiveness and ROI.
• Prepare and deliver executive summaries and business performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of work experience in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and business performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cross-functional leadership role within a global or regional organization.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and advanced data analysis.
• Strong background in Go-to-Market strategy and product management.
