Planning and Scheduling Head

Responsibilities

• Prepare long-term maintenance plans and monitor system data for management review
• Offer solutions for resource optimization and provide inputs for maintenance budget preparation
• Review actual vs. budgeted maintenance expenditure and recommend actions to minimize deviations
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting work plans and major completed activities
• Monitor maintenance planning section KPIs against established targets
• Review and present manpower planning requirements
• Coordinate with operations, services, and company maintenance departments to resolve planning issues
• Lead the maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience, OR a Diploma with 15+ years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience
• Proven supervision and leadership skills within the Oil & Gas maintenance planning field
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to achieve results in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills and maturity of judgment under pressure
