Planning and Policy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning initiatives to align organizational goals with long-term objectives
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational policies
• Conduct detailed research and data analysis to inform policy decisions and strategic direction
• Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure policy consistency and effective planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning processes and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional reporting
