About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and planning for audits and certification activities
- Receive, register, and manage legal and technical client documentation
- Advise clients on certification processes and service scheduling
- Manage logistics including flights, lodging, and travel expenses
- Request purchase orders for auditor fees and travel expenses
- Prepare notification letters, process status updates, and extension requests
- Monitor and follow up on certificate shipments
- Maintain updated databases to ensure traceability and data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or TSU
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures
- 6 months of experience in customer service and planning
- Knowledge of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization and the Quality Infrastructure Law
