About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze quote requests and commercial proposals
- Follow up on quotes and negotiate financial and organizational conditions within delegated authority
- Analyze tenders in collaboration with the department manager
- Ensure administrative sales follow-up and manage client files
- Collaborate with Front and Back Office services
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field
- First professional experience in administrative management or scheduling coordination
- Proficiency in IT tools with a focus on rigor, precision, and clarity
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and high stress resistance
