Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Control billing for inspection activities, ensuring correct invoice issuance and service compliance
• Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) for inspection activities
• Control cost and revenue provisions to ensure timely accounting and billing
• Ensure proper allocation of resources including inspectors, equipment, and materials
• Optimize planning processes to generate management and decision-making KPIs

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Exact Sciences
• Experience in billing, invoice issuance, control, or indicator/report management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized profile
• Ability to work with strict controls and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and responsibility with information
• Residency in Piracicaba/SP or nearby regions
