Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans for the water treatment plant
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned activities
• Monitor plant performance indicators, operational efficiency, and maintenance schedules
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support management decision-making
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems
• Ensure availability of required manpower, materials, spare parts, and resources for scheduled activities
• Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and emergency maintenance coordination
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, operational logs, and planning documentation
• Assist in identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding planned activities and service schedules
• Prepare KPI reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in planning or operations support within water treatment, utilities, industrial plants, or process industries
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations and maintenance processes
• Experience with SAP/CMMS systems
