Planning & Analysis Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing business performance including revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value
• Develop and operate scalable reporting, forecasting templates, and business intelligence infrastructure
• Partner with Analytics and FP&A teams to streamline processes and improve data infrastructure
• Develop business cases and models for high-impact, company-wide initiatives
• Support Roku’s international expansion strategy and opportunity sizing
• Create impactful presentation materials to communicate financial projections and risks to leadership
• Provide time-sensitive, ad hoc insights to inform executive decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Analytics, FP&A, or similar planning roles
• Experience with D2C SVOD and AVOD or management consulting/investment banking in Media/Tech/Telecom
• Deep understanding of customer lifetime value (CLV) methodology and forecasting
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency with cohort/growth models and discounted cash flow models
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to defend assumptions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Looker
