About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, commissioning and integration
- Perform pre-baseline reviews of contractor programs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry standards
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients
- Recommend corrective actions and create acceleration programs in the event of major delays
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management
- Coordinate with client-side stakeholders to create an Integrated Master Works Program
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 10 years of experience in scheduling within medium to large construction environments
- Specific experience in Data Centre or semiconductor/high-tech sectors
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Ability to estimate construction duration via quantity take off and resource assumptions
- Australian Citizenship required
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
