Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for pharma, life science, and industrial operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business goals
• Use advanced planning and scheduling tools to optimize resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Prepare and present regular reports on schedule performance and resource utilization
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to manage dependencies
• Continuously refine schedules based on changing priorities and resource availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Documented experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in pharma, life science, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Essential)
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical, life science, or industrial processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant industries
• Fluent English; Swedish or other Scandinavian languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
