Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures
• Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
• Prepare Staffing, Engineering, Construction progress and customized reports
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules
• Conduct project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
• Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule and propose corrective actions
• Prepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report
• Analyze and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance or change order
• Prepare resourcing plans for project phases and recommend peak leveling

Requirements

• Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management
• Experience within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharma or associated sectors
• Expert experience level using project scheduling tools, preferably Primavera P6
• Ability to coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
